1. Flying Returns members can earn points on eligible rentals at all Avis retail locations worldwide, exclude all locations in Alaska (the USA) and India.
2. Flying Returns members will earn 4 points per every INR 100 spent on each rental only when making your reservation via this website.
3. Flying Returns members will earn 2 points per every INR 100 spent on each rental when booking via any of Avis websites, call centres and rental locations directly, regardless of membership tier.
4. To take part of any promotions or any of your Flying Returns benefits, please make sure all reservations are made on this site.
5. Self-drive rentals with Avis Prestige, Avis Select Series, Avis Signature Series and van rentals do not qualify for points earning. Points cannot be earned on contracted rates, chauffeur-drive, travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, monthly rentals, Avis Preferred Free Weekend rentals, award rentals and nett rate programmes.
6. If the rental is in non-INR currency, then the currency will be changed to INR at the Avis Exchange rate applicable on date of rental commencement (the date the car is collected). 
7. Points will be awarded on rentals made for a maximum length of 28 consecutive days. Any additional days will not be eligible to earn points.
8. Points will be awarded on the base rental rate and not on taxes, fuel or additional fees.
9. A maximum of 10,000 points will be awarded per qualifying rental.
10. Points can only be earned on one frequent flyer programme for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations worldwide.
11. Renters can only claim Miles for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time.
12. Flying Returns members must enter their membership number at the time of booking and present proof of their Flying Returns membership at the Avis counter when picking up the car to be eligible to earn points.
13. In the event of a change in Flying Returns member’s tier status from the booking to rental pick-up, Avis will honour the tier status at the time of rental pick-up. Proof of the new tier status must be presented for reservation to be updated.
14. Flying Returns members will be eligible to earn points only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
15. If any other AWD number is present in the rental booking no points will be awarded.
16. If any other AWD number is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and this is used in the rental booking no points will be awarded and once booked this cannot be reversed.
17. Promotional points or any additional points cannot be retro claimed.
18. Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for extra points – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded points.
19. Points will only be credited into your account within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of eligible car rental.
20. Missing points claims must be made within 180 days of the conclusion of each qualifying rental. To claim missing points, original Car Rental Agreement copy is required. Members are required to retain copies of these until points are credited to members’ accounts.
21. Renters must meet standard Avis age, driver and credit requirements.
22. Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer other than those valid on this website and are subject to availability.
