Please note that your staff ID will be checked when you pick up the car.
All Inclusive Rates
The rate quoted at point of booking is fully inclusive of all mandatory charges. It will include unlimited mileage, tax and all insurances needed to drive the vehicle. Excesses may apply. Collecting your car
When you arrive at the Avis Rental Desk you will be asked to provide your BA Staff Card, a valid credit card and both parts of your driving license for validation Please note staff rentals do not qualify for Avios awards or free additional driver.
