2.    The price that you are quoted will include any discount given.
3.    Upon collection of an Avis rental, proof of working for Emirates Group must be shown to qualify for the discount.
4.    At certain times and certain locations, the discounted rate may not always be available. Avis advises that you book well in advance in order to avoid disappointment.
5.    Standard Avis age, driver and credit card requirements apply. All rentals are subject to Avis' standard terms and conditions, which are detailed on the reverse of the rental agreement and online. Insurance policy details should be read at time of rental.
6.    All rentals may be subject to additional charges (e.g. for special equipment, additional drivers, young drivers, optional insurances, fuel etc.).
7.    Rentals must be booked at least one day in advance.
8.    Please note that staff rentals do not qualify for frequent traveller programmes.
