1. JAL Global Club members can earn up to 1,000 miles per rental when booking via any of Avis official websites directly or call centres.
2. To take part of any promotions or any of your JGC benefits, please make sure all bookings are made on this site.
3. Self-drive rentals with Avis Select Series, Avis Signature Series and van rentals do not qualify for miles. Miles cannot be earned on chauffeur-drive services, corporate contracted rates, travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, monthly rentals, long term rentals, Avis Preferred Free Weekend rentals, award rentals and nett rate programmes.
4. Miles will be awarded on completed rentals made for a maximum length of 28 consecutive days. Any additional days will not be eligible to earn miles.
5. No miles will be credited for no-show or cancelled bookings.
6. Miles can only be earned on one frequent flyer programme for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations worldwide, exclude all locations in Alaska, the USA.
7. Renters can only claim miles for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time.
8. Members will be eligible to earn miles only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
9. Always show your JGC membership card when you collect your vehicle.
10. Bookings made on this website will automatically include a dedicated Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number according to your membership tier.
11. If any other AWD number is present in the rental booking no bonus miles will be awarded.
12. If any other AWD number is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and this is used in the rental booking no bonus miles will be awarded and once booked this cannot be reversed.
13. Promotional miles or any additional miles cannot be retro claimed.
14. Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for extra miles – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded miles.
15. Miles will only be credited into your account within 4 to 6 weeks after the completion of eligible car rental.
16. Missing miles claims must be made within 180 days of the conclusion of each qualifying rental. To claim missing miles, original Car Rental Agreement copy is required. Members are required to retain copies of these until miles are credited to members’ accounts.
17. Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer other than those valid on this website and are subject to availability.
