The following offer to triple Avios (the “Campaign”) has been arranged for the benefit of Qatar Airways Privilege Club members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”) and is provided by Avis (“Partner”). The terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) that apply to this offer are as follows: 

1. Period of Promotion

This Campaign is available to Members during the period starting from 15 09 2026 at 00.01 BST to 15 10 2026 at 23.59 BST only (the “Campaign Period”).

2. Campaign Details and Eligibility

b) To be eligible Members must rent an Avis vehicle within the rental car (“Eligible Avis Rentals”) within the Campaign Period.

c) The Eligible Avis Rental must be booked within the Campaign Period; and picked up between 15 September 2026 and 31 December 2026. 

d) Eligible Avis Rentals must be made using a Privilege Club /Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number.  

e) Reservations made on https://one.avisworld.com/en_GB/Avis-QatarAirways/ will automatically have the correct AWD embedded in the Eligible Avis Rental.  

f) To collect Avios the Eligible Avis Rentals must include the Privilege Club membership number of the first named driver (the “Renter”). The Privilege Club account number must be given at the time of booking. 

g) The Campaign is valid for all Avis participating rental locations globally. 

h) The bonus Avios are not applicable for bookings and rentals with car group A and car group B. Bonus Avios are applicable for bookings and rentals with car group C or above only. 

i) If the rental is not paid in $ US Dollars, then the currency will be changed to $ US Dollars at the Avis Exchange rate applicable on the date of rental commencement (the date the car is collected). 

j) A maximum of 10,000 Avios will be awarded per qualifying Eligible Avis Rental. 

k) This Avios bonus is not valid on Prestige, Van or Chauffeur Drive rentals worldwide. 

 

l) Avios will be credited to Member’s account within 8 weeks after the end of the rental. 

m) Qatar Airways Privilege Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Campaign at any time, giving reasonable notice where practicable, and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

a) The Campaign is available exclusively for Members.

3. General

a) These Terms and Conditions shall govern to the Campaign and shall supplement any other terms and conditions applicable to Qatar Airways Privilege Club program. Please read these Terms and Conditions together with Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions. 

b) By participating to the Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

c) Once Avios are credited to Member’s account, the transaction cannot be reversed.

d) The Campaign may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher.

e) The benefits granted by the Campaign cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refundable.

f) Partner and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to refuse to award any Avios points under the Campaign in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

g) Partner and/or Qatar Airways reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or otherwise amend the Campaign for any reason at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Partner and/or Qatar Airways with respect to any matter relating to this Campaign shall be final.

h) Partner and/or Qatar Airways will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Campaign. 

i) The provider of the Campaign is Avis Budget EMEA Limited, whose registered address is Avis Budget House, Park Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 2EW, United Kingdom.

j) In the event of any required assistance with the Campaign, Members must liaise with Partner at https://one.avisworld.com/en_GB/Avis-QatarAirways/ClaimMiles for claims, or https://one.avisworld.com/en_GB/Avis-QatarAirways/contact-us for general queries.

k) All Avios awarded under this Campaign will be subject to the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.

m) Unless otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions, capitalised terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club program terms and conditions.
