  1. Singapore Airlines PPS Club members can earn up to 500 KrisFlyer miles per rental when booking via any of Avis websites directly or call centres.
  2. To enjoy special bonus miles promotions, reservations must be made using a Singapore Airlines PPS Club/Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number.

  3. Rentals made using Avis chauffeur-drive, Avis Prestige, Avis Signature Series, Avis Select Series or van rentals do not qualify for KrisFlyer miles.
    Miles cannot be earned on travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, monthly rentals, award rentals and nett rate programmes.
  4. Miles will be awarded on rentals made for a maximum length of 28 consecutive days.
  5. PPS Club members will be eligible to earn miles only if the name in the rental agreement matches the name in the membership account.
  6. Renters can only claim miles for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time.
  7. Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for KrisFlyer miles – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded KrisFlyer miles.
  8. Always show your membership card when you collect your vehicle.
  9. If any other AWD number is present in the rental booking no bonus miles will be awarded.
  10. If any other AWD number is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and this is used in the rental booking no bonus miles will be awarded and once booked this cannot be reversed.
  11. Promotional miles or any additional miles cannot be retro claimed.
  12. Miles will only be credited into your account within up to 30 business days after the completion of eligible car rental.
  13. Miles can only be earned on one frequent flyer program for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations.
  14. Missing mileage claims must be made within 180 days of the conclusion of each qualifying rental.
  15. To claim missing miles, original Car Rental Agreement copy is required. Members are required to retain copies of these until miles are credited to members’ accounts.
