HOW TO EARN POINTS

Book on this dedicated website and quote your membership number at the time of reservation. 
 

  • Members can earn points on eligible self-drive rentals at all Avis retail locations worldwide.
  • Members will earn 40 points per every USD 10 spent on each qualifying rental only when making your reservation via this website and quote your membership number during reservation process.
  • Please make sure all reservations are made on this site.
  • Self-drive rentals with Avis Prestige, Avis Select Series, Avis Signature Series and van rentals do not qualify for points earning. Points cannot be earned on contracted rates, chauffeur-drive, travel industry staff rates, replacement/insurance rates, selected association programmes, monthly rentals, Avis Preferred Free Weekend rentals, award rentals and nett rate programmes.
  • If the rental is in non-USD currency, then the currency will be changed to USD at the Avis Exchange rate applicable on date of rental commencement (the date the car is collected). 
  • Points will be awarded on rentals made for a maximum length of 28 consecutive days only. Any additional days will not be eligible to earn points.
  • Points will be awarded on the base rental rate (time and mileage charges and charges for collision damage waiver and theft protection (where each of these are included in the rates paid)) and not on taxes, fuel, ancillary products or additional fees.
  • Points can only be earned on one loyalty programme for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations worldwide.
  • Renters can only claim Points for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time.
  • Members must enter their membership number at the time of booking to be eligible to earn points.
  • Members will be eligible to earn points only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
  • If any other AWD number, other than AWD number O001500 is present in the rental booking no points will be awarded.
  • If any other AWD number is present in a customer’s Avis Preferred profile and this is used in the rental booking no points will be awarded and once booked this cannot be reversed.
  • Promotional points or any additional points cannot be retro claimed.
  • Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for extra points – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded points.
  • Points will only be credited into your account within 90 to 180 days after the completion of eligible car rental.
  • No retro claim allowed.
  • Renters must meet standard Avis age, driver and credit requirements.
  • Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or offer other than those valid on this website and are subject to availability.
