6.3 The Organising Company will not be required to award the prize if the winner has not complied with these terms and conditions.

Article 7 – Force majeure
7.1 The Organising Company shall not be held liable if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, or if circumstances so require, it is forced to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone or suspend this Competition or modify its terms and conditions, and it cannot be held liable for doing so. In all cases, it reserves the right to extend the participation period.
7.2 In the event of force majeure, the Organising Company reserves the right to replace the prize won with a prize of equivalent nature and value.

Article 8 – Disclaimer
8.1 The Organising Company cannot be held liable in the event of failure to deliver the message announcing the prize due to an error in the email address or contact details provided by the Participant when entering the Competition, in the event of failure on the part of the internet service provider, or in the event of a defect or malfunction in the prizes, which are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, partner or service provider. The Organising Company undertakes to use all means at its disposal, together with its service providers and partners, to ensure the smooth running of the Competition. Nevertheless, if a technical failure occurs and affects the smooth running of the Competition under conditions beyond the Organising Company's control, the latter shall not be liable to Participants. The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any incidents or accidents that may occur to the winner(s) during the use and/or enjoyment of the prizes.

Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions, is incomplete or contains incorrect information will be considered null and void. Any fraud or attempted fraud, use of robots, artificial intelligence that has not been expressly authorised, or any other similar process that allows the Competition to be played mechanically and/or increases the chances of winning by any means or otherwise is prohibited. The Organising Company may therefore exclude, suspend and/or permanently cancel the participation of one or more Participants in the event of suspicious behaviour, including the use of an automated response system, the connection of several people and different computers from the same participation profile, an unusual rate of winnings, an attempt to force the organisers' servers, the creation of multiple accounts, etc. It may then decide not to award prizes to the participants concerned, based on the information in its possession, and/or take legal action against the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts. The Organising Company may also cancel all or part of the Competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by computer means in the context of participation in the Competition and/or the determination of the winners. In the event of a penalty or complaint, it is the responsibility of the Participants to provide proof that they have behaved in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Organising Company cannot be held liable in this regard.

With the Participant's prior consent, the Organising Company may also use the information for advertising and marketing purposes.
10.2 In accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), each Participant has the right to directly access, rectify and delete data concerning them, as well as the right to object to the processing of such data for legitimate reasons. Article 12 – Terms and conditions and Applicable Law
12.1 These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising from a situation not covered by these terms and conditions, the Organising Company shall be responsible for resolving it.
12.3 If any provision or part of a provision of these terms and conditions is, or is deemed by a court or other competent authority to be, invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions or parts of provisions of the terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
