Book online and include your AirAsia membership number during reservation process, and present your membership card when you collect your car.
- This Event will commence from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 14 September 2026, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 31 December 2026 (“Event Period”). The Organisers reserve the right to amend, extend the duration of or terminate the Event at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to any individuals who participate or participated in the Event (“Participants”).
- To qualify and participate in this Event, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Event Period
a. Must be a valid and existing AirAsia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BL under the name “AirAsia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “AirAsia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in the Event. In the event the Participant is not a registered AirAsia member at the commencement of the Event Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an AirAsia member on the Dedicated Platforms before participating in the Event. Any registration of AirAsia membership made by the Participants after the Event Period shall disqualify such Participants from the Event and any Benefits (hereinafter defined) entitlement;
b. Must be located in the Participating Regions based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected; and
c. Must successfully place a car rental booking at: https://one.avisworld.com/en_GB/Avis-airasiarewards/ (“Dedicated Website”) and submit the Participant’s valid AirAsia member ID during the booking process at the Dedicated Website. - The Regular AirAsia points (as defined herein), Bonus AirAsia points and lucky draw entry will only be awarded to Participants who place car rental bookings using non-contracted rates on Dedicated Website. For the avoidance of doubt, the following car rental booking categories are not eligible for Regular AirAsia points, Bonus AirAsia points or lucky draw entry:
Contracted rates, including but not limited to AWD numbers other than the AirAsia Rewards AWD numbers: M111900, Avis corporate or government rates;
Avis Chauffeur Drive and Avis van rentals;
Monthly rentals and/or long-term rentals;
Travel industry staff rates;
Replacement or insurance rates;
Selected association programmes;
Net rate programmes; and
Avis Prestige, Avis Signature Series, and Avis Select Series, which are available in selected markets worldwide. - To qualify and participate in this Event, the Participants who adhere to the following event mechanism during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) are eligible to receive Bonus AirAsia points (hereinafter defined), in addition to the regular AirAsia points earned pursuant to the standard issuance of 250 AirAsia points per rental day (“Regular AirAsia points”):
a. Participants are eligible for Bonus AirAsia points with any car rental booking made from all car groups, as listed in AVIS’s car guide here: https://www.avisworld.com/avisonline/fleet.nsf/ShowFleetIntl?readform&Country=MY0&Lng=GB&Ctr=BE&MST=&TargetGroup=~.
b. Must book and complete a rental car during the Event Period; and
c. Must successfully complete payment for the car rental booking with AVIS. - Subject to Clause 15, there is no limit to the number of rental cars that Participants can make throughout the Event Period, and multiple car rental bookings can be made in respect of the same Participant to earn the Bonus AirAsia points.
- Participants can only claim Regular AirAsia points and Bonus AirAsia points for their own rental. Consecutive or conjunctive rentals, meaning an extended rental or a rental within the same 24 hour period, will not qualify for any AirAsia points – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded both Regular and Bonus AirAsia points.
- Participants will be eligible to earn Regular AirAsia points and Bonus AirAsia points only if the full name stipulated in the rental agreement with Avis matches the full name stipulated in the AirAsia membership account.
- The award of Regular AirAsia points and Bonus AirAsia points shall be subject to such blackout dates (“Blackout Dates”) as may be determined by Avis from time to time. Participants shall not be entitled to earn any AirAsia points during any Blackout Dates.
- This Event cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions offered by Avis.
- AirAsia points will be awarded on completed car rental made for a maximum length of 10 consecutive days. Any additional days will not be eligible to earn the AirAsia points. For illustration, each eligible Participant is entitled to a maximum cap of 12,500 Total AirAsia points per rental throughout the Event Period.
- Any car rental bookings made after the Event Period and picked up thereafter will not be entitled to any Bonus AirAsia points. For the avoidance of doubt, Participants can still earn the Regular AirAsia point (subject to terms and conditions of Avis-AirAsia Rewards which can be found at https://one.avisworld.com/en_GB/Avis-airasiarewards/Benefits).
- Bonus AirAsia points earned pursuant to this Event will be credited into the eligible Participants’ respective AirAsia member account within sixty (60) working days (or any other period as the Organisers deem appropriate) after the completion of each eligible car rental, subject to the Organisers receiving all information as deemed necessary. This is subject to the exclusion of invalid, cancelled or exchanged transaction, where no Bonus AirAsia points will be awarded to Participants pursuant to this Event.
